Progress Tracking Steps
1️⃣ Customer orders begin processing on our website, you will be prompted via text or email and online.
2️⃣ The order commences manufacturing and the customer and shipping department are now notified.
3️⃣ When manufacturing is finalized they will notify the shipping department for pickup which also notifies customer and contractor.
4️⃣ Your Cabinets are now with your local Sacura assembler. A few days later the customer and contractor will be notified and a shipping date and time will be requested for customers submittal.
6️⃣ The customers select their delivery dates and times using Sacura's delivery schedular application.
7️⃣ Once the order is delivered and signed off by the customer, the contractor will be notified of a successful delivery.
8️⃣ Customer follow up is prompted to our sales team and the report is published to customer viewable database.
