Return Policy
For 1 Year from the date of purchase:
Every piece is custom made to order. We build it when you order, so we can control the quality of everything that you buy. Throughout each step of the process, our team will be verifying your cabinet order and quality, so you receive 100% of what you expect. If there is an issue with warranty, or with quality, we will send you a new product. You will not need to return anything to us.
For example, if you have a hinge problem, we send you a new hinge.
Refund Policy
Made To Order Products (cabinet boxes) - If there is a quality issue, we will send you a replacement product of the same specific item. If you do not want a replacement, we will issue a refund for that specific item. Please note that this is a rare occurrence due to our comprehensive Quality Control Process.
Non Made To Order Products - Non Installed, in its’ original package, we accept returns of items for a full refund. Contact Us on how to return for a refund.
Shipping - You cannot pick up the product yourself due to our Quality Control process. Sacura utilizes partner companies to ship our products to your door.
Shipping will be paid in advance. Our shipping companies work hard in our local communities.

Order Changes - Once the order enters production, there are no changes. We can add the change at regular cost. We will always try to catch things if we can, however these are custom made to order products.
